To reserve your space in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of registration. Your space is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. Final balance due no later than July 1, 2026. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If you register after the final payment deadline, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Because retreat planning involves advance payments for accommodation, food, instructor(s) and venue expenses, the following cancellation applies. If you cancel your retreat:

• More than 45 days before retreat, refund of payments made minus deposit.

• Less than 30 days before retreat no refunds.

If you cannot attend, you may:

• Transfer your spot to another person or

• Requestion credit toward a future retreat (only if your spot can be filled)

• All transfers must be approved in writing

If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding personal travel expenses. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, travel cost, or other expenses outside the retreat cost.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of illness, travel delays, emergencies, or other unexpected events.

You agree to follow retreat guidelines and respect the retreat schedule and participants. The retreat organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, instructors and schedule if necessary. You agree to inform the retreat organizer of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat.
